What is a HomeBuyer Report?
A HomeBuyer Report is a visual inspection, in detail, of the property. It provides an account of the property’s condition at the time of inspection and highlights significant problems with a ‘traffic light’ rating system which is designed to be easy to understand. This survey focuses on urgent or significant defects and problems which may affect the value of the property. It is also be referred to as a Level Two Survey. It is more in-depth than a Homescore (level 1) survey but not as detailed as a building survey.
