What some of our current team members say:

Robert Frost MRICS
The flexibility of working for Morgan Sloane as an RICS Registered Valuer provides exactly the right amount of bank valuation work that compliments my own private practice role that specialises in Level 2 reports and general practice consulting. The systems are easy to use and the team provides a good sounding board for those more unusual or challenging cases. The culture is relaxed, respectful and professional.

Stephen Anscombe, AssocRICS
I joined the team in July 2020 and carry out residential valuations, primarily for lenders or private customers. Since joining Morgan Sloane, I have had some of my most fond moments as a surveyor and a lot of that derives from how we operate as a business. We have a relaxed, friendly ethos, where everybody is treated as a valued member of the team and not just a number. If you are looking for a firm where you have full control over your diary and a real work-life balance. Then I do urge you to get in touch and be part of our amazing team!

Maria Jacobs, AssocRICS
I love what I do. I am lucky to have found the profession I want to be in. Working for Morgan Sloane doesn’t only mean that I can do what I love, it means that I have time to solve challenges, time to learn and grow. But most importantly, I have the ability to manage the time between my professional and personal life.

Aaron Daniel, AssocRICS
Morgan Sloane have provided the perfect platform to work from. They offer a variety of work across my area, and the structure of the team gives the right amount of support and oversight whilst maintaining my autonomy. As a surveyor for Morgan Sloane, I have total control over the volume and type of work that I do, as well as the flexibility to choose fluidly, which days I take work on.  The partnership with Morgan Sloane affords me the opportunity to operate my own business, alongside a stable work flow from corporate and private clients.
